Honorable Mention Sky, Earth, Sea Ron Lavelette When it is opened and blue it is a thing unto itself and a joy beheld; it leaps out, deepens even as the eye unfolds it, freshens its hold each second, and lifts by its nature everything about it into realms of lapis and undiscovered azure-- Or when it is flat or rolling and green, its rarest shade is all one can dream about: the days are filled with green as green as water’s wet or air in forest trees, wound in leaves. What there is about it that is wet is drenched. Even the only dampened, merest dew-dropped tendril swims in oceans, headlong, longing only to perish, deeply down where water and the meaning of water meet.
